We conveniently collect your carpet from your home and transport it to our specialised cleaning facility in Berlin-Kreuzberg. There, your carpet will be carefully and thoroughly cleaned. We then return it to you clean and completely dry. Alternatively, you can bring your carpet to our laundry and benefit from a 20% discount.
Thorough carpet cleaning normally takes around 14 working days. We need this time to treat your carpet carefully and ensure optimum cleaning results.
Depending on the material of your carpet and the degree of soiling, we use various methods. These include, for example, gentle wet cleaning or special dry cleaning to achieve the best possible result.
Payment is simply made when you return your carpet – either in cash or conveniently by EC card. You will of course receive a clear invoice detailing all the services provided.
Our aim is always to clean your carpet thoroughly and gently. Nevertheless, extremely stubborn stains cannot always be completely removed, especially if they are not treated in good time. In order to offer you maximum transparency and security, we record the condition of your carpet with photos on receipt. In this way, we guarantee traceable and reliable documentation of any previous damage.
